Turkey covered with butter and herbs, and over it a lay of bacon. Cook the turkey for the 1st third of the time covered in bacon, this way the inside of the turkey gets cooked while the outside doesn’t get burnt, and the skin of the turkey absorbs the flavours of the bacon. Then, you take off the bacon, once it’s crisp, and continue baking the turkey as you would normally do. It makes a perfect turkey!
