The one and only Jaime Narváez about to uncork a Champagne bottle.

Summer is here, and is time to uncork lots and lots of chilled Champagne bottles and enjoy them preparing delicious cocktails for friends. Today, I propose to you this fantastic recipe from Amy Sacco’s Cocktails book. Cheers!

1oz / 3cl Gin
2oz / 6cl Orange Juice
Splash of Grand Marnier
Champagne

Mix ingredients over ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Top off with Champagne.

Mango Lassi una deliciosa bebida India, ideal para combinar con currys.

Ingredientes para 2:
1 mango
1 yoghourt,
100 ml. de leche
Azúcar al gusto
Canela (opcional)

Mezclar todos los ingredientes en la batidora o en un blender.

Servir bien fresquito y saborear!!!

Mango Lassi is a delicious Indian drink, ideal to combine with currys.

Ingredients for 2 people:
1 mango
1 yoghourt
100 ml. of milk (some people use water, but with milk is creamier)
sugar to taste (1-2 spoon)
cinnamon (optional)

Mix all the ingredients together with a blender or similar.

Serve it fresh and taste it!!!

Ingredients:
- 4 cl of white rum.
- 4 cl of Baileys.
- 6 cl of strawberry pulp.
- 3 cl of condensed milk.

Place all the ingredients in a food processor with some ice cubes and mash them.
Serve in a tall glass and decorate with some fresh strawberries or some fresh mint leaves.

Ingredientes:
- 1 vaso chupito de ginebra Bombay Sapphire / 1 shot glass of Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 1/2 chupito de triple seco / 1/2 shot glass of orange liquor
- 1 chupito de zumo de arándanos / 1 shot glass of cranberries juice
- zumo de lima natural al gusto / lime juice to taste

Preparación:
Agitar en una coctelera con hielo y verter en una copa de martini congelada, adornar con una cáscara de naranja (flambeada a ser posible)

Shake it well in cocktail shaker full of ice and serve in a frozen martini glass, decorate it with a flambé orange peel.

Porto-tonic, el mejor remedio para combatir el calor.
Ingredientes: vino de Oporto blanco, tónica, hierbabuena, limón y hielo.
En un vaso con mucho hielo (unos cinco cubitos) pones el 40 % de Oporto (uno poco menos de la mitad, vamos), añades la tónica, un poco de zumo de limón, una trozo de corteza de limón y unas hojitas de hierbabuena. Y… tachán, ya tienes el refrigerio perfecto pa este caló de verano.

Ingredients: white Oporto wine, lemon, mint, tonic, ice.
In a glass with a lot of ice (about 5 ice cubes), fill till the 40% with Oporto, add tonic, a little bit of lemon juice, a bit of lemon peel and some mint leaves, and that’s it! The perfect refreshment for the Summer!
